Property is close to the old town and main streets. Also railway station, shops and restaurants are right around a corner. The place is clean and well equipped. Contact with an owner is great.

We used this apartment as a base for a 10 day stay in Sicily. It has an excellent location within 10 min walk lof the central station so we could easily explore other parts of the island, and an easy walk into town. The space is recently updated and is clean and pleasant. Our daughter loved the upstairs loft room. There isn’t a lot of natural light in the apartment but as we were mostly out and about this didn’t matter. Some street noise (cars) but generally quiet. Our host could not have been more helpful

The apartment is amazing, everything you would need for a long stay. The host is also very helpful. You can check-in digitally, it is easy. It is exactly as on the photos. Big kitchen with everything you need, 2 separate rooms with big comfortable beds, one is on the second floor. Everything is new, stylish and clean. It is just 10 minutes walking to the main bus station, it is very convenient if you want to visit other cities. 20 minutes by foot to the main attractions of Catania. The street is quite and safe. Good supermarket is just 2 min.

The only thing is that it is a little bit cold, especially during low season. But it's not a problem because each room has air-conditioning and you can use it for heating. And it will be great to add electric kettle for tea lovers;)
