Everything you need is available in the accommodation, the host is very kind and always available, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended if you’re going to Catania. We stayed for 7 nights with our children.

Firstly, the care that has been put into making sure we are comfortable, that we have everything we need etc was out of this world!
No hotel would give you such personal, genuine service.
We were travelling with small kids, arriving late at night, so the owner made sure we had all the necessary groceries for the morning.
She suggested a lot of really great food and sightseeing spots. They all turned out to be brilliant.
Location of the apartment is perfect. We were worried it’s going to be too far from the center, but it was only10-15 min walk. On the upside it was super calm, and easy going.
Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

It was very clean. Once i knew the area there are nice food shops opposite the station
While 5 blocks from train station could be good the location was grossly dirty. Garbage every where. Also, prepare for a 20 minute walk to town center through that. Didn't lie the 3rd degree about me. Felt like the manager was spying on me. Also a serious argument about a guest. I'll address later. What is Booking policy for number of people in a room? Does the price change from 1 to 2? A friend was able to come to Catania well after I made my ""1" reservation. When she showed up, the manager was furious, she wanted to charge my friend 84E for 4 nights, I understand the tax which was 4E/day for high-end accommodation which this was not but seriously! Then the owner texted me with "DO YOU SLEEP TOGETHER"? REALLY. I was shocked. So if I knew that my friend was definitely going to be able to get her "new name" passport in time for my trip and registered 2 the quoted price by Booking would not have changed? Horrified and disappointed.

Really good location if you want to catch the bus/train as well to other cities. We walked to piazzo Duomo. The apartment is very spacious.
We recommend to replace the frying pans and the fixing the stove (the stove knobs)
