Great location, friendly staff, spacious and roomy with a kitchen and filtered water available (hot, medium and cold). Close to JL Kayu Aya ('Eat St') with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Road noise was sometimes quite loud at night but nothing too serious.

We were staying here for only 2 days and wished it was longer . What a beautiful property with all amenities in the heart of seminiyak. Location so convenient, we walked everywhere starting from sunset bars to La favela , Naty's and popular bars. Japanese design and little details are great. Pool was bigger than any other villas we have stayed in Bali in.
The staffs are so friendly and they delivered breakfast to our villa living room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. (My husband is vegetarian and he enjoyed every dish too ).
The area felt like zen with orchids , birds , koi fishes and greenery around.

Location and nice staff, size of property
Cleaning ,maintenance of villa, very old , moldy, dirty . Pool is not usable .
