A beautiful resort, all for ourselves - what an amazing holiday. The house and pool were very clean and well maintained. There were 4 main bedrooms, each with full bathrooms including baths, and a kids room. This meant it fit our 8 ppl comfortably. There is a gate on the grounds with 24/7 security, and 3 villas inside the grounds. A drinking water station was provided as complimentary.
It was a shame the jacuzzi and pool fountains were not working, and hadn’t seemed to be working for a long time.

The villa looked fantastic, pool was clean and good size but most importantly for us the two staff members (April & Nisa) were exceptional, they catered to our every need, we all miss you guys. They helped us in every way possible, if they were not there we would have left the villa early regardless of the cost. Amenities were ok. Breakfasts (if we wanted it) were very good. Overall the stay was good and it was in a good location.
We hired the entire villa as we stayed with friends and family but we were not impressed when the owner brought through potential customers to inspect the property WHILE WE WERE THERE!!! Not very happy at the time and not very private I thought. Villa needs maintenance, T.V's/satellite did not work properly, if you have them make sure they work for your guests. The furniture was not clean, had stains everywhere & needed to be cleaned, foul smell from the toilet in one of the
rooms. The hot water service did not work for one of the rooms upon arrival, so no shower for 48hrs!! The other small issue we noticed is there were no amenities (toilets etc) or room for staff, they had to leave to go to bathroom and return, or their stay was short. Please look after your staff and they will look after your guests. Overall for the money we spent the experience could have been better.
