A super big bright comfortable appt with lots of space and a great balcony. The balcony offered an attractive partial ocean view from the top floor of this building. Parking was available on site on the ground floor level. Our host made us very welcome and did his best to satisfy our requests .
There is no lift and 4 flights of stairs may present a challenge to the elderly. The common parts and entrance were a little tired and scruffy. The apartment neither had a cafettiere or Nespresso machine and really needs both. Passing traffic was at times a little irritating.
