The owner was very welcoming and attentive.
The location was away from the major attractions. However it was our choice since it was our first time to visit Sorrento.
The apartment is classically European but to give you a heads up it doesn’t have a dishwasher nor a vacuum to help you clean faster.

Location was quiet but with some lovely hotels resturants and bars nearby, about 15 min flat walk into Sorrento.
The apartment was well equipped and our host Rosella got trips and taxis booked for us which was so helpful and really kind. A wonderful stay for us 3 ladies

Very spacious and comfy apartment. Well equipped kitchen also with basics like coffee, sugar, salt, tea, olive oil, etc. Two terrasses, one with bbq, comfy sofa, two bathrooms. Super host Rosella welcomed us and also gave advice about restos, transport, etc. She even helped us with booking a trip to Amalfi and Positano.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The host was responsive during the stay, especially when we were disturbed by loud noise from upstairs guests one night — this was addressed promptly. Towels were changed once during the stay. The kitchen had basic items, and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward.
We paid €940 for 5 nights, so expected a better standard overall. The Wi-Fi in the bedroom was unreliable, and the TV there was very small. Sound insulation between the three flats was poor - noise from neighbouring guests could clearly be heard. There was no bedding change or general cleaning provided (unless paid for), and we had to ask for an iron. The living room only had a small chair-sized sofa which wasn’t ideal for relaxing. We were also asked to pay €5 per night to park our scooter, which felt unreasonable given the disturbance during the night - although this was later waived.
More concerning was what happened after our stay. After sharing a fair and constructive 6/10 review, the host became extremely defensive and then abusive via WhatsApp. When we offered to remove or revise the review as a courtesy, we were subjected to name-calling and personal attacks. The host then proposed paying us in exchange for changing the review to a fake 10/10. When we refused to lie, the messages turned increasingly aggressive and accusatory. This behaviour left us shocked and upset - no guest should be treated this way for providing honest feedback.
