The property has plenty of room and is well set up for 2 families

The property was big with plenty of room .
The steps are too steep . The pool
had leaves in it every day and too hard for people with diabilitied to get in and out of .
We had no tv for the week and only 2 had wifi
The housekeeper would come everyday for 4 hours but nothing was done . Beds weren’t made, bathrooms not cleaned , floors not swept and washing up done in Cold water with no soap . She spent more time on her phone than doing any work .
Also it is too far away from anywhere and there is no shops or food near by . Also pool has no fence not very safe for children
