Clean and roomy. Suitable and nice location for the family. Host was helpful and maintained good communication throughout. Loved the working A/C in each room.

Could benefit from a dishwasher and a microwave. Recycling instructions weee complicated.

The host was ready to meet me and handle the key despited we arrived about two hours before the check-in time without any extra cost, and that was so kind. The flat was in excellent condition, air-conditioned in each room and made our visit absolute comfort to sleep despite the hot weather in Italy during our visit. The button-controlled black out curtains was lovely for sleep quality and day time light,

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like about this flat.

While the host was a nice man, we felt quite pressured to arrive on time, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our day. It seems like there could be a more streamlined and trusting system in place—perhaps allowing guests to do a self-check-in with a key and leave the payment for taxes inside the house. The host came in to give us a detailed rundown of all the rules, which felt a bit overwhelming, especially after a long journey. It would be helpful if these rules were provided in writing beforehand, so guests can read and follow them at their own pace. This approach might foster more trust and make the check-in process more relaxed for everyone. We understand that past experiences may influence his approach, but a little more trust in guests could improve the overall experience.
