La posizione. In 2 minuti si arriva al centro e in 3 all'acquario. In 15 minuti si arriva alla stazione di Piazza Principe. Anche la comunicazione con l'host è stata, per quanto breve, facile.
Arma a doppio taglio, sempre la posizione. Già dal tardo pomeriggio non è una zona sicura. Il tassista come prima cosa ci ha raccomandato di non uscire la notte. Essendo vicino al centro e al porto si sente molto baccano la notte (urla, bottiglie rotte, etc.). Anche il sistema per il Self check-in è un po' confusionario. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento: siamo arrivati con la muffa nelle finestre, ha fatto un giorno di pioggia successivamente. Da tener conto che durante quel giorno di pioggia l'acqua filtrava dalla finestra. Cosa di cui erano sicuramente a conoscenza vista la bacinella posizionata esattamente nel punto in cui fuoriusciva l'acqua. I letti sono particolarmente scomodi, in aggiunta il divano letto in salotto fa un rumore pazzesco, anche con un movimento minimo. Inoltre, la casa pecca di alcuni particolari facilmente risolvibili, come ad esempio un attaccapanni.
