Wouldnt come again.
The personal was friendly even if there were difficulties.
I asked for early checkin, which was confirmed in advance, but as we were there they told us the rooms are not ready. I booked an family appartment and got an double room. The other 2 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The toilet was leaking and there was only hot water.

Hi! We would like to complain about this stay. I am for a first time very very disappointed from booking.com, for not warning us that this host is a liar. I am reaching out now, because I had poor connection in the foreign country. I ca end you pictures in what room the host put us. We didn’t have private bath as it was described. My brother had to sleep on the floor, we couldn’t lock the front door, so we were in danger. It was disgusting, we couldn’t take a bath because there was mold, no toilet paper, no soap. Very dirty, there was nothing in common with the pictures, it was completely different property. We trusted this host for 2 nights, that’s why I cancelled the second stay and I had to pay more money for another hotel. When I texted the host he stopped responding in WhatsApp and told me to call manager. I can send you pictures of everything. We couldn’t stay at the night, it was cold and the pillows and sheets were so dirty. We landed from the airport at 4:00 am at the morning and all we needed was to have a little bit of sleep, because we had another flight the next day, but we had to sleep in the car instead. We would like to kindly ask you for a full refund for both stays, because this experience was a nightmare. Thanks in advance.
