Nicely furnished, modern, three rooms and a kitchen, with a nice sized living room, on the first flo

Great location, a few minutes walk to Plaza Carso and the Antara shopping mall. Rappi and Uber Eats brings food in 30 minutes from order. Bid apartment accommondates four persons in three bedrooms.

Soundproofing could be better, sounds can be heard too clearly from the other room, the neighboring apartment above, and from the street, and can disturb the most sensitive sleepers

No coffee machine at first. Very small garbage cans, no internet in the OFFICE room.

Amazing apartment and great value for money

Very spacious, well-mantained and clean apartment with all the necessary furniture and utensils. Great bedrooms with their own toilet and shower. It was very straightforward to check-in and check-out, and the host (Octavio) was super nice and friendly, which made our stay a stress-free experience. The location is very convenient, fairly quiet, close to a lot of shops and close to the main avenues. It is also a fairly safe area. Definitely my favorite stay during my trip in Mexico City, my whole family loved it.

The door to the building remains open unless you manually lock it with the key. Anyone could get inside if any of the guests forgets to lock the door. You can easily hear people upstairs, luckily our neighbors were not up too late.

Las instalaciones son tal cual las fotos.

Las duchas no tienen donde colocar jabón, shampoo etc, realmente es súper necesario no tiene donde dejar las cosas y las ventanas del baño son visibles desde afuera y la lavadora no sabíamos cómo funcionaba y el anfitrión demoró en responder dos días, por último no hay estaciones del metro cerca.

Ficamos no 101 antes, e depois no 201. ( o que estou avaliando). Muito bom apartamento. Cozinha bem estruturada. Os três quartos com cama de casal (muito bom isso). Roupa de cama com cheiro bom de recém lavado.

Chuveiro péssimo pra tomar banho. Simples de resolver. Panelas sem alça, bem ruins.

Deplorable actitud del administrador

Amplitud del departamento. Comodidad de las camas

Actitud poco colaborativa y poco resolutiva del administrador. Que la lavadora no funcionara los primeros días. Que no reponen las bolsas para los recipientes de basura. Que no cambian las toallas en las fechas que anuncian, y que no las cambian, sino que las lavan en la lavadora de la casa.

La amplitud del departamento. La comodidad de las camas.

La actitud del encargado: lejos de resolver las situciones, siempre pusieron la responsabilidad en nosotros, en vez de asumir la responsabilidad. Que no sacaran la basura ni repusieran las bolsas de los papeleros. Que en la cocina hay poca implementación. Que en los dormitorios faltan implementos para mayor comodidad. En los baños no hay dónde dejar la ropa. Las toallas olían a humedad y no las cambiaron, sino que llegaron un día a lavarlas en el mismo dpto.

Amplio y cómodo. Muy buena atención del administrador y del personal. Muy iluminado. Bien ubicado. Tiene estacionamiento.

Para la época de invierno estuvo un poco frío, pero nos proveyeron de calentadores. La ducha del cuarto principal requiere de lugar para colocar jabón y para colgar toallas.
