When you first arrive in the neighborhood, you might wonder where on earth you have landed. The area looks quite dated and run-down, which can be a bit of a shock at first, although it never actually feels unsafe. Remarkably, the longer you stay, the cozier and more charming you find it. There is a big supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. The location for vacation is great and serves as the perfect base for exploring the region by car, train or boat. From here, you can easily reach Naples, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Mount Vesuvius, and the archaeological sites of Pompeii & Herculaneum. You do need to be an experienced driver as driving around Naples, Herculaneum, and Torre del Greco can be quite intense. There are good restaurants in the surroundings. Your car can be parked safely directly behind the apartment. You enter through a separate gate into a shared covered-parking area and courtyard belonging to several homes, which feels very secure. From there, it is just a thirty-meter walk through the back to your apartment. You even have a private balcony at the rear overlooking your vehicle. The apartment itself is spotless and contains everything you could possibly need. It comes with a large fridge, a freezer, dishwasher ,iron, and plenty of fresh towels. The owner stocked delicious treats ands stuff in the fridge. The 2 air conditioning units work well, which is an absolute necessity during the summer months. As a helpful tip when you head out for the day, I recommend closing the bathroom door and shutting the external louvered shutters. The owner is incredibly friendly and always reachable. Communication went smoothly over WhatsApp. While their English is a bit limited and our Italian almost non-existent we managed perfectly using translation apps during face-to-face conversations. There is not much to do within walking distance, or perhaps we just didn't find it. The surrounding streets are also not very clean, but that is obviously nothing the owner can control. The apartment is located on an older road that generates a bit of road noise, but there is not much traffic in the evenings or mornings, so it will not bother you. Navigating in the surroundings especially around the narrow alleys tight hairpin turns along coastal cliffs, and aggressive drivers and a lot of motorbikes and scooters demands sharp focus and steady nerve even fot someone that drives almost everyday in Brussels.

Die Region um Napoli ist sehr chaotisch und dreckig. Tote Tiere liegen in den Straßen. Alle Häuser sind von hohen Zäunen umgeben. Wir fühlten uns jedoch nicht unsicher und für den Dreck am Strand und in den Straßen kann der Besitzer nichts dafür.

El apartamento esta muy limpio y es cómodo para 4 personas.Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar.La lavadora nos resultó muy útil. Maurizio es muy simpático y nos dio todo tipo de información para conocer la zona de Nápoles.

En el apartamento todo esta bien y la zona es tranquila, nada negativo en ese sentido.

Fantastisk leilighet med alt jeg trengte og mere til❤️leiligheten lå i et rolig lokalt område med kort vei til både havet med strandklubber og restauranter langs veien til havnen. Det var også kort vei til hovedgaten med supermarked og butikker. Gåavstand til tog og buss👍Leiligheter lå trygt i 2 etg med et lukket portrom. Terassen var utmerket og stor selv om det ikke var havutsikt👍Verten var fantastisk og hadde fullt opp med både mat og drikke og gjorde alt for at oppholdet mitt ble utmerket. Verten var tilgjengelig på melding både før og gjennom oppholdet og strakk seg litt ekstra med henting fra flyplassen og transport på avreisedagen. Kunne ikke vert mer fornøyd👍
