I was sent to a different location. I needed to walk with all my heavy luggage for 12 minutes. I just booked this accommodation because it was announced it is a few minutes from the bus station. I couldn't take a shower because it was just cold water available.The room was cold without heating. In addition it is extremely basic.....

La atención telefónica del casero un poco rara porque dudaba de mi reserva , me colgó el teléfono supuestamente para abrir el portal y me abrió un vecino que salía , la habitación no corresponde a la de la foto, mucho más pequeña, la persiana no bajaba, no había calefacción ni aire en la habitación, la puerta tiene llave pero no cierra por fuera por lo que sí te vas , cualquiera puede entrar .

Buena ubicación pero deja mucho que desear

La excelente ubicación a solo unos metros de la estación de tren María Zambrano y de la estación de autobuses

La dirección que ponen en booking no es la correcta, no es en ese edificio es una cuadra mas adelante, estuvimos un buen rato esperando a que nos contestaran el teléfono porque cuando llegamos resultó que esa no era la dirección y casi una hora después de estar intentando llamar nos contestaron y dijeron que era en otro edificio unas cuadras más adelante, deberían poner la dirección correcta, las almohadas muy incómodas, es un departamento compartido y los pasillos son diminutos, la habitación no tenía ventilador ni aire acondicionado.

La casa no era la de las imagenes. Parecía una habitación dentro de un piso de estudiantes. Suuuuper viejo y deteriorado. Es barato, si, pero podía ser aún más barato, teniendo en cuenta lo mal que estaba todo.

Only 1 thing - location for early train.

So much. Delist this slum. It is a con job, false advertising and bait and switch. 1 Fake / deceptive ad: this is a room in an apartment, 4 rooms/ guests sharing one bathroom 2 Bathroom was filthy. Blame it on other guests? Towels on floor etc etc 3 Apartment and rooms are shabby, grimy and very poorly provisioned and furnished. One socket in my room was loose, and had no cover. 4 Walks thin, lots of noise and comings and goings - yes, selfish others but the apartment is NOT advertised as being shared. 4. Doors poorly fit so lots of grinding, squeaking and noise as they are opens and shut and locked. 5. Access from outside very poorly handled and directed by the owner. Left waiting by door, receiving messages via Booking’s own Messages… no other contact. Key to building door is janky and needed extra manipulation to poke open the door. 6. Kitchen and area full of junk and laundry, all piled up and crammed everywhere. 7. No A/C so hot and noisy. Windows of poor quality. This property should not be rented or even allowed on Booking. I would urge city authorities to inspect it and shut it down until it is brought up to spec and not falsely advertised.

Dos horas antes de mi llegada a Málaga me cambiaron de la habitación que había cogido inicialmente (al lado de la estación de bus) a otra que estaba a 30 minutos caminando de esta... cuando les insistí que cogí este alojamiento por su proximidad a la estación ya que salía a las 7h mi bus. Me metieron en una habitación en un bajo de una antigua tienda mal rehabilitada, en la avenida Héroe Soroya 151. El alojamiento, toallas y ropa de cama no estaba bien limpios, todo olía mal y el baño y ducha estaban directamente sucios y con cosas rotas. Tuve que estar insistiendo para que me dijeran las instrucciones de acceso y aún cuando me las daban, estaba mal indicado. Eso sí, todo lleno de cartelitos de Mr. Wonderfull para intentar que no fuera un sitio tan deprimente...
