Totul curat, luminos, amenajare moderna, birou și lămpi. Mașina spălat rufe și mașina spălat vase.

Camere spatioase, dotate cu tot ce trebuie. Totul nou, cred ca este primul an de functionare. La et 2 sunt 2 camere mai spatioase, cu balcon. La et. 1 sunt 3 camere, dar fara balcon. La parter mai sunt 2 camere. Parcarea este pt 5-6 masini, pt 2 corpuri de cladire, nu este pt fiecare apartament. Accesul este cu cod, la poarta de intrare cu masina, la intrarea in cladire si la intrarea in apartament. Toate codurile iti sunt comunicate in ziua venirii, practic nu ne-am intalnit cu gazda, am vorbit insa la telefon daca a fost nevoie Am facut 15 min pana la BT Arena pe jos, deci este aproape. Mai jos este un Penny, iar pe Piezisa sunt destule locuri de unde poti bea si manca.
Pt septembrie nu a fost nevoie de AC, dar pt vara probabil o sa fie necesara instalarea AC.
