Very nice apartment for 4-5 people, near to city centre, A/C on the upper level was perfect to cool down the two bedrooms. The host was super helpful and available - he even brought us things that we asked for on the next day.
Small downside: There is no dishwasher

Spacious, clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, and very close to the old city center (15-20 min walk). The host is courteous and gracious, always happy to help to help if anything is needed.
In close proximity to shops and grocery stores, restaurants, bistros and pubs/bars.
Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good place to stay in Cluj, for a decent price.
Only think to be aware of is that it does not have reserved parking. We parked on a side street, but had no problems leaving the care there.
