Die Lage: ruhig, direkt in der Altstadt, Heizung funktionierte sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin half direkt, als es Probleme gab.

Es war eine saubere schöne Wohnung. Wir waren im Jahr 2025 2 Mal dort (August, Dezember), beide Aufenthalte waren tip top. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, immer ein Parkplatz gehabt und dies trotz Weihnachtsmarkt und Altstadtlage. Schöne Weihnachtsdekoration, hat den Aufenthalt heimisch gemacht.

Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man die Altstadt von Goslar erkunden will. Das kleine Apartment ist praktisch und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Man findet alles was man benötigt, auch in der Küche. Das Zentrum der Altstadt ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Um in der Nähe des Apartments zu parken erhält man einen Parkausweis. Wir haben problemlos während der 2 Tage einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
Bei Booking ist eine Terrasse angegeben. Diese gibt es dort NICHT. Wir haben den Vermieter darauf hingewiesen. Die Beschreibung bei Booking muss korrigiert werden. Wir hatten uns gerade auf die Terrasse gefreut. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank innen nicht ganz sauber.
