About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental is idyllically located near the forest in a small, quiet suburb between Bad Harzburg and Goslar. With 65 square meters of space, it’s perfect for families, active sports enthusiasts, couples, or solo travelers. Dogs are very welcome here. Everyone can feel right at home!
Our vacation rental is a detached unit within our single-family home, has a separate entrance, and offers free street parking. It features a bedroom with a large double bed and two comfortable box-spring sofa beds in the living room, providing ample space for families with 1–4 children. If needed, we’re also happy to provide travel cribs for babies or toddlers. A high chair is available upon request, as are toys and books. In addition to families, couples and solo travelers can feel just as at home in our vacation rental as groups of up to 6 people. Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome here. In addition to the bedroom and living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. It features all the necessary appliances, such as a coffee machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender, and includes a table for a light breakfast. For larger meals, there’s a cozy dining area in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It also comes stocked with basic supplies like salt, pepper, and oil, as well as fresh dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, soap, and dish towels. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, which features a toilet, a walk-in rain shower, and a washing machine.
The vacation rental is an ideal starting point for excursions. Countless hiking and biking trails begin in the forest just 100 meters away, such as the Europaradweg R1 or the 184-km-long Devils Trail through the beautiful Harz Mountains. For those traveling without a car, there are two bus stops in the immediate vicinity, from which both Goslar and Bad Harzburg can be reached in less than 15 minutes. From there, train lines also connect to more distant Harz towns worth visiting, such as Wernigerode and Quedlinburg, as well as larger cities like Braunschweig and Hanover. By car, you can reach the center of Bad Harzburg in 5 minutes or Goslar in 10 minutes, where, in addition to historic sights, many delicious restaurants await you.
Depending on the season, Bad Harzburg and its immediate surroundings offer great opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, or skiing.
Access to the apartment is via a key box, so you can check in at any time starting at 4:00 p.m.
