We really liked the central Koukaki location. One block over there's a pedestrian street with restaurants, bars and cafes, and we noticed the food was more authentic than other places we've stayed in Athens (Monastiraki, Plaka) and it's mostly Athenians, not tourists.
It's a very nice apartment, high ceilings, clean, plenty of space for 4. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room.

We especially liked the location, which is close to the center. The apartment has two independent rooms and two bathrooms. We also appreciated the washer-dryer; it was an unexpected bonus that really helped us keep our clothes clean during our stay.
The master bedroom has a thin mattress, so if you're a sensitive sleeper, you might find it a little difficult to fall asleep. Also, sometimes it's hard to guess which light switch turns on what. However, these are very minor issues and didn't really affect our stay.

The apartment was appointed so nicely. It was clean, modern, quiet, and very roomy. A ton of bars and restaurants were in walking distance. The managers were excellent communicators, which was greatly appreciated.
We liked everything.
