The apartment was well located, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The space itself was pleasant and served our needs well.

The host’s communication was slow and inconsistent throughout our stay, which made an already stressful check-in situation more difficult to resolve. The Chekin SMS verification never worked, and the lack of timely responses meant what should have been a simple process became an ongoing source of stress during what was meant to be a relaxing trip

Area was ok and located close to the Vatican. The apartment itself was clean (except for the toilet brush which probably has never been changed before). The kitchen contained almost everything you need for a short stay. However, there weren’t enough glasses for four people which should be a minimum. We didn’t like that we had shared blankets, but that’s just our personal opinion.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and didn’t have WiFi (it was fixed on Saturday so we could use it for the evening until we left on Sunday morning. Far worse - we had a loud beeping sound coming from a room which we couldn’t enter. That sound was really annoying and worsened our sleep extremely. That was also only fixed on Saturday. Beatrice - the person of contact - was hard to reach because the had „problems with the phone“. She tried fixing it but couldn’t help. Ultimately, when I asked whether we could leave our luggage inside until 12 pm while the cleaning stuff is there (check out is 10 am). The answer was „not due to bad experiences“. In my view that would have been the bare minimum due to all the inconveniences cause during our stay, but the host showed no signs of good faith at all.
