İ liked the host's hospitality (we were treated with a bottle of nice wine upon arrival) and promptiness with which she came in to solve some minor issue with water.

Two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen and living area. A five minute walk to the Cipro train line. Owner was very communicative and was available to answer all questions.
Not enough lighting in bedrooms.

The location was great - it was an easy walk to the Vatican, and very easy to walk to the metro to get into historic Rome. It’s in a cute neighbourhood, with all the amenities you need within walking distance. The host was very responsive and willing to help.
