Ήταν εκπληκτικό σπίτι, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις και σε τελεια τοποθεσία μόνο 10λ με τα πόδια από την πόλη. Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχουμε μείνει!!!

Ein schön renoviertes altes Häuschen. Wir haben abends gerne auf der Terrasse im kleinen Garten unter Zitronenbäumen gesessen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktional. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und nachts leise. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) und viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Man kann in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen. Der Eigentümer war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Nur ein Hinweis für Ruhesuchende: die kleine Nebenstraße an der das Haus liegt wird doch regelmäßig befahren, in der Woche schon ab dem frühen Morgen. Da die Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegen, könnte das Manche ihren Schlaf stören.

Sehr großzügig. Viel Platz für 4 mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr gut, schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles neuwertig. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Grundausstattung war sogar schon da. Wasser war kaltgestellt. Wein stand auf dem Tisch. Sogar ein Kapsel Kaffeemaschine war da, mit einigen Kaffeekapseln. Grosser Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zitronensäure im Garten in Kombination mit Kunstrasen! Unterhalb der Felsenburg gelegen.
Aufgrund einer großen Baustelle kam es ab dem frühen Morgen zu starkem LKW Verkehr direkt vor dem Haus. Direkte Umgebung ist nicht sehr attraktiv. Innenstadt und Strand sind 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Strand wird durch 2 grosse Bauruinen verschandelt.

We stayed two years in a row in this beautiful house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, incredibly clean and tidy to the last detail, comfi beds. It’s in a walking distance to the beautiful historic center and to many stores and restaurants.
Maybe some more kitchen utensils, and ideally a small dishwasher, would make this beautiful house even better
$$$$
