Super convenient location very close to the main train station.
Slightly convoluted route to get to the room once inside the building but very clear instructions given.

Chambre fonctionnelle, bien équipé et très bien située, son plus grand atout. Très simple d’accès et central pour visiter Naples à pieds. Communication très fluide et grande réactivité.
Chambre un peu impersonnelle. Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré.

Gentillesse du personnel et chambre calme
Le petit déjeuner : sans pain frais, avec des biscottes et des croissants congelés, et pris dans la chambre, avec une seule chaise, car il n'y a pas un espace commun. Il faudrait prévoir le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur dans un café ou faire un espace commun pour les résidents.
