Najlepsza cechą tego mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja. Clamart jest spokojne i przyjemnie można pospacerować bez tłumów.
Minusem tej lokalizacji jest oczywiście konieczność przesiadek do centrum. Samo mieszkanie na poziomie 0, więc otwartych okien na noc nie można zostawić. Przy temperaturze ponad 30 stopni na zewnątrz, wewnątrz jest bardzo duszno -na wyposażeniu są 2 wentylatory. Z opisanych udogodnień nie było papieru toaletowego więc od razu po przyjściu konieczna wyprawa do sklepu. Zestaw kosmetyków opisany jako udogodnienie to w rzeczywistości pozostałości kosmetyków po innych gościach. Poza tym przydało by się zostawić chociaż kilka saszetek z kawą pasujących do ekspresu który jest na wyposażeniu (są kapsułki od innej maszynki - pewnie kupione przez pomyłkę przez poprzednich gości) Niestety w mieszkaniu nie ma klimatyzacji i przy rezerwacji jakoś to przeoczyłem a na miejscu okazało się że było to bardzo ważne z uwagi na brak możliwości dobrego przewietrzenia. Możnaby też pomyśleć chociaż o jednej butelce wody w lodówce. Koszt żaden a gość będzie wdzięczny.
