I like the flat was good and very big for the family

I like the flat was good but location not good and the price what I paid wasn't worth it bed was comfortable but there was not any duvet and good pillow and enough for 3 adults and baby and sofa was broken and chair was too I feel on the floor with my. Daughter Train station located very far a way and bus too and flat was very cold We went for 5 night and they only give us 1 toilet rool and 1/3 kitchen rool not any washing up liquid eda and the pictures on it now is old

Great week in Paris

Location, comfort and space compared to a hotel. The option of cooking some warm meals especially if you travel with an infant. The neighbourhood is lovely, safe and quiet compared to city center

we were asked to clean the property despite leaving it clean, and also we were asked to clear the bins and taking it to trash from 2nd floor to outside the apartments ourselves, which was not a great experience. A bit far from metro

Super trip in a place that felt safe to stay in a huge city

Clearer information or a reply to my message asking about the cost of towels as it was shown that there would be an extra cost for towels/sheets, but as I didn't get a reply about this, I brought my own towels and paid for extra luggage, only to find towels available...

Good value with a few touches needed.

Apartment was nice and quiet. Price was reasonable.

Bedding and towels are extra. It's a bit of a faff getting in and out of Paris as have to include various forms of transport. Info on this would help. A chair collapsed under me as missing bits. Not replaced til we left. No bread knife we could find.

Ok for a short trip

The property was overall great for resting your head for a couple of days. Good bathroom and kitchen with great equipment making it a functional and pleasant stay. Good value for money even if it’s a little further out of town. The neighbourhood was super friendly and safe- lovely bakery up the road, good supermarket and a couple eateries worth checking out- the pizza place was particularly good.

Communication was poor- I emailed and called twice before the trip to confirm if bed sheets and towels could be provided as the advert references an additional fee for such items but didn’t hear anything back until the day of our arrival. This resulted in us packing additional items and worrying about the accommodation beforehand. This could have easily been resolved if they bothered to respond back accordingly. Poor check out experience: We also agreed on an 11am check out and we were left waiting until I called them to find out where they were. Turns out that the husband was stuck in traffic and would be an hour late. The wife then offered to turn up half an hour later after we’d been waiting for 30 mins already. Frankly she didn’t seem that bothered which was very disappointing. The situation wasn’t appropriate at all as we had other plans and a train to catch, causing unnecessary stress on our last day in Paris. We also paid our deposit in cash, hoping to spend it on our last day but we had to do a self check out in the end and share bank details which means we will have to wait a couple of days to get our deposit back. Very frustrating.

УВАГА!!! УВАГА!!! 1. Замале (вузьке) місце для паркування авто. 2. Відсутність кришок на сковорідки та каструлі. 3. Тупі ножі. 4. Зберігання швабри на кухні. 5. Дурацька ідея з депозитом... 6. Душова стійка зламана, судячи з відгуків ще з 2023 року. 7. Тріснута поверхня електроплити. 8. Один рушник на людину. 9. В бронювання нічого не сказано про прибирання, а власниця під страхом неповернення депозиту заставляє мешканців прибирати апартаменти...

Tranquille

Cuisine bien équipée et zone tranquille avec un Franprix à pieds du logement. L' hôte répondait vite. Les lits étaient confortables.

Contrairement à d' autres Rbnb où j' ai été en France. Le parking payant, et le secteur était difficile pour trouver un stationnement dans la rue. J' ai dû rendre plus vite que prévu mon véhicule de location. -Une caution est demandée à la remise des clés. À payer en ligne (pas pratique si on ne s'y attend pas ou si notre carte est dans une devise autre que l' Euro). -Aussi, il manquait des couvertures pour le nombre de personnes prévues (4). Nous étions dans l' obligation de faire un grand ménage avant de quitter, jusqu'aux serviettes à laver sans étendoir, ni balcon pour le linge. ce qui a ajouté du stress avant le voyage au risque de perdre 50€. La caution a été rendue dans la nuit après un oublie de l' hôte. Il a fallu un rappel vers 22h. Comme je disais au début, je n' ai jamais eu toutes ces contraintes avec d' autres hôtes.

Je n’ai pas aimé l’habitude de la gérante de l’établissement qui m’a demandé une caution via Revolut pour ensuite m’accuser d’avoir fumé à l’intérieur de l’appartement, ce que je n’ai pas fait. En plus, il n’est écrit nulle part que cet appartement est non fumeur. De plus, aucune couverture à disposition sur les 2 lits, juste de vulgaires housses de couette La seule couverture que j’ai trouvé était pleine de poil de chat et rangée grossièrement dans un placard Il n’y avait même pas un seul rouleau de papier toilette à mon arrivée Ma pire expérience sur booking A FUIR!!!
