Tout est parfait !!! Grand, propre, décoré avec soin. Parking privé fermé. Francesco a pensé à tout, du petit déjeuner au produit ménager. Hôte très sympathique. Logement idéalement placé pour aller visiter Neapolis (10 minutes à pied), restaurant…

We were genuinely impressed by Domus Lucia. The apartment is even more beautiful inside than we expected. It is spacious, stylishly furnished, recently renovated, very clean and clearly well maintained. The apartment was also very well equipped. There are two separate air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which made the stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the many thoughtful extras provided, including coffee, biscuits, rusks, jams and other small breakfast items. We had everything we needed and even more. Private parking was available in the courtyard of the residential building, and we received keys for the gates as well. We always found a parking space during our stay, which was very convenient for us. The host met us at check-in and was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Because we had a very early flight, we needed to check out independently, but this was easy to arrange and everything went smoothly. The Neapolis Archaeological Park is very close and within easy walking distance.

The apartment is a little farther from the historic centre of Ortigia, so reaching the old town requires a longer walk or a short drive. However, this was not a major issue for us, especially because the Neapolis area is very close. Although private parking is available, a space may not always be guaranteed. We personally had no difficulty finding a space during our stay.

Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort e di posto auto in area riservata, a due passi dal Parco Archeologico Neapolis e in posizione comoda, avendo l'auto, per raggiungere le varie attrazioni/destinazioni. Colazione di base, curata e conforme alle aspettative, ideale per iniziare la giornata in modo piacevole. L’Host Francesco si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze.
