Il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, la terrazza bellissima, arredamento particolare

Le pareti scure rendono l’ambiente poco luminoso, prezzo un po’ sopra la media

Posizione, accoglienza, disponibilità speciale dell' host, appartamento volutamente essenziale ma curato con un tocco leggero ma pur presente di design che caratterizza gli ambienti. A 7 min dal teatro Greco, a 5 min dal Museo Archeologico, 1 min dall'imponente Santuario brutalista, a 15 min dal Caravaggio e dalla Cripta di Santa Lucia, fuori dall'ormai invivibile caos turistico di Ortigia, che si puoʻ comunque raggiungere facilmente, magari con le bici messe a disposizione gratuitamente.( ma da condividere con altri ospiti. Abbiamo trovato una posto caldo e accogliente. Vins è un host molto disponibile e attento e le sue playlist di consigli pratici sono molto utili. Abbiamo avuto fugaci contatti con lui ma ci sembrava di conoscerlo da tempo. Tutto cioʻ insieme all'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, fa sì che si perdona con facilità qualche piccola imperfezione. Ci torneremo!

Le luci soffuse che caratterizzano l'illuminazione dell'appartamento ( molto luminoso di giorno) sono calde e belle, ma in bagno e in cucina avrei gradito luce più forte. Nulla di grave peroʻ

Beautiful central stay with very easy access by free bus to Ortigia and back. Plenty of shops nearby for anything needed. Very nice and accommodating host. Nice style inside the flat. Recommended.

The host was very friendly and accommodating - we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time and also asked to leave later than the check-out time, and the host accepted. We were very very grateful for that. The beds are comfortable.

Shower - holder was broken. Kitchen - We were 3 people in the flat and it was difficult to find 3 cups to drink some tea from. One was even chipped. Things in the kitchen were not very clean. Bedrooms - The shutter of the windows in one of the bedrooms was stuck and would not close, so light came in early in the morning and there was no privacy from the windows of the other neighbours which were very close. Doors - The lock in the internal door was broken and we could not close it securely, although the outer door could at least be closed properly. All things can be easily fixed and made better, which would give a much better feeling for the place.
