La Latomia Villa nei pressi del Teatro Greco

Wunderschönes Unterkunft ! Das Häuschen liegt in einer schmalen Seitenstrasse von Syrakus, im Gebiet La Latomia, fußläufig für eine Besichtigung des Teatro Greco. Mit dem Auto ca. 10 Fahrminuten nach Ortigia, dort gibt es einen großen überdachten Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung (es ist alles da, auch eine Küchen-Grundausstattung: Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, alles für den 1. Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze), sogar ein Sonnenschirm für Standtage. Ein Traum ist der große Garten ! Für Gäste stehen 7 !! Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, mit Blick auf den Steinbruch von La Latomia oder die moderne Kirche "Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime." Die sehr nette Besitzerin lebt im zurückversetzten Haus nebenan, sie spricht sehr gut Englisch. Dies war die letzte Unterkunft unserer Sizilienreise, wir wären gern noch länger hier geblieben.

Betten sind recht weich (wir schlafen gern hart)

Exceptional accommodation, a fully self contained chalet apartment in amazing grounds overlooking the ancient quarry. Comfortable bed in a large bedroom, large hot shower in the bathroom with stunning views and a comfortable well equipped living/kitchen area. Private parking is available, but I generally parked in the nearby street without issues as the car was a little large. Francesca was very helpful throughout the stay. Simply the best accommodation I have stayed at in Siracusa

Narrow lane to the property in the dark, so generally parked on the street nearby with no issues. Francesca helped out and moved the car for me when I asked but I found it easier just to park on the street

This appartment was the best stay I ever had in Italy. The owner was super nice and helpfull. The appartment was absolutely full equiped.
