Lovely location but very disappointed in presentation and cleanliness

Location very central, easy walk to station, underground, numerous food places. Lovely views. The apartment was cosy but not to the standard we were expecting

Unfortunately presentation and cleanliness were not up to scratch. Bathroom was clean, but the rest of the apartment was not cleaned properly. Dirt on floors, kitchen utensils dirty, dishwasher broken, unsightly cords across floor, some blinds broken. This detracted from the overall experience which would have made the apartment more relaxing and cosy

No operational balcony, hot water system not set up for travellers.

Great size

Balcony was not in a usable state. Washing machine was difficult as not operating as instructions. Hot water was not straightforward. Entry foyer smelt like a refuse centre. General maintenance needed urgently

The property could do with a bit of a refresh and we did have no lift for 24 hours, a bit of a pain walking up to the 9th floor.,

Not what we was expecting

The city was nice the apartment very dirty on arrival and was an horrible smell there

The apartment was dirty smelt funny don’t think was value for money the decking out on the balcony was broken and didn’t feel safe on there plus fag butts everywhere on arrival not value for money wouldn’t stay there again

The flat was beautiful and in excellent condition. Perfect location, a really comfortable stay.

There was uncertainty on the day re: check-in as we were waiting for a response to see if an early check-in was possible after paying an early check-in fee, but minor issue.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Only downside was the decking issue!

Initially we couldn't find the property. The door wasn't well sign posted but we got there eventually with a little help from the beauty parlour next door.

We didn't like the condition of the decking. It was very rotten in at the main exit to the balcony which we liked using. It wouldn't take much to fix this problem.
