About this apartment rental

Located just 300 metres from Glasgow Central Station and less than 200 metres from the famous Buchanan Street, this apartment is perfectly positioned for an easy access trip to Glasgow. Whether you are shopping or heading to the city for business, this provides an excellent central location for all types of traveller. This property has undergone a recent renovation in January'26 and has a fresh feel to it.



The apartment building has private security entry, an elevator and stairs as well as a communal internal courtyard. The apartment is on the third floor. An elegant L-shaped hallway has plenty of storage for those with lots of baggage and provides good space between the bedrooms and living area. The master bedroom is at the rear of the building for extra privacy and has an en-suite shower room. There are fitted wardrobes plus a chest of drawers. The window looks onto the internal courtyard with the complex. The second double bedroom is light and airy and has both a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bedroom view is also into the courtyard.



The living space is light, spacious and comfortable. There is s a dining table for four, two matching leather blue sofas, soundproof windows opening onto Mitchell Street, providing the apartment with great light. There is wireless internet, 50" Digital TV with Freeview, DVD player and Ipod docking station.



The open plan area includes a fully integrated kitchen, with all modern appliances and items you would need for home cooking. The hallway cupboard houses the washer/dryer and has a wall mounted drying rack above.



There are a few on-street parking spaces and some disabled parking spaces, but if you need secure overnight parking there are plenty of multi-storey car parks available within a few minutes walking distance. NCP Mitchell Street is just 50 metres from the building and we can offer a discount code in carparks operated by Q-park. Further information will be given at check-in or upon request.



The building is within 300meters of both Glasgow and Queen Street Stations. Buchanan Street shopping precinct could not be any closer (200m).



You won't need a taxi if staying in this apartment. You are on the doorstep of the best shops, bars, restaurants, venues that Glasgow has to offer including The Royal Concert Hall, Gallery of Modern Art, George Square, the Theatre Royal and lost more.
