Locatia este perfecta, apartamentul este situat intr-un complex nou, modern, inchis si supravegheat. Complexul dispune de 3 piscine curate, sezlonguri, zona de fitness. Apartamentul are propriul loc de parcare subteran, a fost curat, confortabil, foarte bine intretinut, bucataria utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie, masina de spalat, cafetiera. Balconul ofera o priveliste frumoasa, este un loc perfect pentru a-ti savura cafeaua. De asemenea, exista lift. Pana la plaja de Sud faci aprox 10 minute mers lejer, pana in centrul statiunii faci aprox 15 minute. Exista un Lidl la 8 minute de mers pe jos sau 2 minute cu masina.
