Apartment Nicole

The location is good for us as we arrived at the central bus station. It is an easy 10-min walk, even with heavy luggage. There is also a bus stop just 250m from the apartment to board the public bus to Varna Airport. There is a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby. Be mindful that it is a distance from city centre, 1.6km. Apartment is on the first floor. It is big and clean. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a cooking pan replacement and cooking oil supply. AC worked well. Washing machine, internet and smart TV was good too.

There was occasional cigarette smell in the apartment. Most likely from previous guests and from people hanging out below the apartment. The loud noises from the street can be heard too. The light switch at the living room was faulty, it needed to be tapped harder. The cooking pan needs to be replaced due to wear & tear. Bathroom floor is slippery when wet. No bath soap provided. At that time, both laundry racks were utilised by owner for beddings, which I find odd as I would then need to move them around to make space for our laundry…

Всю ночь в коридоре включена лампа - отключить нельзя никак . В ванной комнате душ это катастрофа Просто сплошной душ с туалетом и раковиной.- если тебе надо помыться то вода везде - одежду нельзя оставить рядом- так как она уже будет мокрая .

The apartment is very spacious and stylish. I especially liked the romantic pink lighting in the bedroom — it creates a really cozy atmosphere. The bed has a good orthopedic mattress, and there is also access to a balcony from the bedroom. During warm weather, you can sleep with the window open facing the inner courtyard, where the only possible noise comes from air conditioners. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils, which was important for me because I like to prepare my own breakfast. There is also salt, sugar, and tea available, which is very convenient if you stay for just one or two days. The apartment is spacious enough for up to three people, even for a longer stay, since there is plenty of storage space and wardrobes. I would also like to specifically mention the office desk — this is quite rare and a huge advantage. It is much more comfortable than working with a laptop at the kitchen table. There are a few small things that could be improved, for example the bathroom ventilation fan was not working. The apartment itself was clean and without any unpleasant smell, but fixing it would make the stay even better.
