The apartment is at a great location if you want quick access to the pedestrian street that goes right into the sea garden. At the same time, it is 1 street away from the main pedestrian street, so it is very calm and away from the noise while just 100m away from the lively main pedestrian street. It's also very close to the central beach.
With 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it's a great place to stay with a large family or a bigger group. The kitchen is fully equipped as well, there is a washer and a dryer as well as an ironing board and an iron.
Very clean, amazingly accommodating host, all in all I highly recommend it!
Nothing really, our stay was without any issues. Things to consider - while none of these were at all important for our stay - the apartment is at the second floor, accessed via a staircase (but just 1 floor); there is no dish washer (but also who eats in when you are so close to a great selection of street food and restaurants?)
