Die hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung und sehr gemütliche Einrichtung.

Die Duplex Garage ist nur für bestimmte Automarken geeignet. Es gibt in der Nähe keine geeigneten Parkplätze und man muss entweder bei Edeka einen Wochenparkplatz bezahlen oder in Niendorf nach einem anderen Parkplatz suchen.
