Der Aufenthalt war Enttäuschend
Die Lage der Wohnung war schön.
Die Wohnung war leider in keinem Sauberen Zustand. Wir haben als erstes einmal Saugen müssen. Es waren leider weder Toilettenpapier noch Putzmittel vorhanden, obwohl es so geschrieben stand. Die Terasse war voller Blätter und Sand, ebenso wie Stühle und der Wäscheständer. Wir haben den Gastgebern gesagt, dass wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben und einen Tag eher abgereist sind. Da auch der erwähnte Umschlag für die 65€ der Endreinigung nicht vorhanden war, haben wir darum gebeten, diese von den 100€ Kaution abzuziehen. Weil wir die Couch nicht wieder zusammengeklappt haben und der Vermieter ein Foto von Blättern auf dem Boden gemacht hat, wurden ohne Ankündigung 10€ mehr einbehalten. Die Frage, warum wir nicht nur in eine, nicht besenreine Wohnung gekommen sind, sondern diese trotz der 65€ Endreinigung auch noch selber besenrein hinterlassen sollten, wurde nicht beantwortet. Wir können diesen Anbieter leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Letztendlich würden wir uns eigentlich die 65+10€ zurück wünschen, da die Wohnung bei antritt nicht sauber war.
