I really liked the size of the apartment and the location and also that you have parking included. The street Ostseeallee only allows for parking max 2hrs on the street, so an underground parking is super helpful. Just be mindful of your car size (SUV might not fit).
It's 2mins to the beach and really walking distance to the center. There's also a patio and a garden and open space between the houses. We travelled with our dog so it was really convenient for us and we enjoyed our stay.
We arrived during break time of the staff. They really would not accommodate you even if they are sitting outside. Break time is break time. There's Edeka across the office so we just did our shopping first and came back.
