Die Lage des Apartments war gut, der Bäcker und andere Einrichtungen in der näheren Umgebung.
Im Schlafzimmer waren keine Staumöglichkeiten für Koffer und Taschen. Die Schranktür ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen. Der Gang um das Bett war eng, ein Umkleiden im Raum war nicht möglich. In der Küche fehlte eine Mikrowelle und die Warmwasserleitung. Eine Warmwasserleitung sollte, wie in anderen Unterkünften, vorhanden sein.
