Nice apartments

The first thing I want to note is that the room really looks like the photo and not like other apartments. Everything is beautifully furnished and looks cozy. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need. The apartment is very close to the pool with sea water, about 600 meters, but if you want to go to a beautiful beach, it will be further away. It's not far to the store either, if you want, you can use the bus, the bus stop is 200 meters away. Overall, we really liked it here.

Unfortunately the sofa was not as comfortable as it might seem but you can sleep on it. It was also stated that there is smart TV but unfortunately it was a regular satellite TV (Grundig 32 GHB 5740)it means you won't be able to watch Netflix😅

fully equipped flat walking distance from beach

the flat is located perfectly from the beach, in a quiet area with good access to all attractions. furniture is new, kitchen fully equipped, check in was smooth and effortless. Smart tv and all other appliances.

We weren’t offered ANY shampoo or shower gel for a stay of one week, and the host wasn’t very happy when I asked for a change of towels. This details on the service unfortunately lower my scoring, the accommodation price should consider this.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Von Kaffeemaschine bis zum Haarföhn. Klein aber fein. Zum Strand sind es vielleicht 600m. Man hat sehr viele Laufmöglichkeiten. Auch Timmendorf und Scharbeutz sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Genauso wie Karls Erlebnis Dorf...

Schade war, das es unterm Bett sehr dreckig war und noch ein Kleidungsstück vom Vorgänger lag und die Treppe nicht gesaugt wurde. Aber alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder. 😀😉

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gemütlich eingerichtet, Bett sehr bequem, schöne Terrasse mit Hecke, so dass auch unser Hund sich dort frei bewegen konnte.

Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären noch nützlich gewesen.

Perfekte Lage um einen entspannten Urlaub am Timmendorfer Strand zu machen!

Super Lage um schnell zur Brodener Steilküste zu kommen, denn wir hatten unseren kleinen Vierbeiner dabei! Aber auch zur Promenade war es nicht weit! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Unterkunft ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Räume waren sauber, schlichte aber dennoch gemütliche Ausstattung. Betten bequem. Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi vorhanden. kurze Wege an Strand und in den Ort. privater Parkplatz vorhanden. uns wurde ein Wäschepaket kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt

Balkon nicht sehr einladend, da viele Spinnweben, wenig Stauraum in der Küche, fehlende Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad z.B. zusätzliche Haken an Wand. fehlende Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo oder Duschgel

die Lage des Hauses ist richtig gut, zum Strand / Hundestrand/ Promenade zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön.

es war alles nett und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war per Mail. Alles top funktioniert. Die einzige Sache , was nicht perfekt war, dass auf 2 Wohnungen im Haus nur eine Klingel gibt. Wenn bei einem geklingelt war, hat es natürlich bei den anderen Urlaubern in der Wohnung auch geklingelt. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber die Nachbarn waren unzufrieden damit.

max. 500 Meter zum Strand, zur Strandpromenade, zum Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle 100 Meter. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Der Balkon war bei Anreise voller Vogeldreck, da sitzt man dann nicht sehr gemütlich.

Immer einen Urlaub Wert.

Wie jedes Jahr, fahren mindestens einmal an die Ostsee. Wir lieben Das Meer, die frische Luft und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Ein Abstecher nach Lübeck ist ein muss, sowie Fehmarn hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert. Liebe Grüße an Frau Oven.

Naja Ostsee ist Ostsee, jedoch sind die Strände auf Rügen, Hiddensee...mit feinem Sand schon eine Klasse besser. Fazit: Lieber wieder Rügen und die Störtebeker Festspiele sind gleich um die Ecke, auch ein muss.

Wir kommen gern wieder, es hat uns gut gefallen!

Super Lage, man kann mit Kind und Hund direkt ans Steilufer und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen. Schön ruhig, solange man die Fenster zu hat.

Der Warmwasserboiler im Badezimmer… Das Teil springt in regelmäßigen, recht kurzen Abständen an und „zündet“. Das ist ein Geräusch, an welches man sich gewöhnen muss. Evtl lässt sich da nachrüsten?!

Für 2 Personen perfekt

Ein schönes, helles Appartement, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nicht weit. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen.

Für 2 Personen mit (großem) Hund war es teilw. doch recht eng, aber wir hatten auch eher schlechtes Wetter, weshalb wir uns verhältnismäßig viel im Appartement aufgehalten haben. Die Ausstattung könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr sein (z.B. Zahnputzbecher oder Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche), aber grundsätzlich ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder zur Steilküste!

Die Wohnung war nicht groß aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtete. Es war alles da was man braucht. Betten bezogen, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Spültabs und auch WC Papier alles ausreichend vorhanden. Der Balkon schön möbliert und mit Abendsonne. Betten gut, Matratze gut.Die Nähe zur Steilküste und zum Naturstrand haben wir täglich genutzt, wunderbar!

Leider war das Bad winzig und keine gute Beleuchtung.
