I give this property a 8 out of 10 if it wasn’t for them two faults I would give it a full 10

Location very good free parking, property nice cozy and clean

It was cold and I’m not able to regulate the heat, I didn’t like that there was not face basins to brush my teeth or to wash my hands.

There was everything we needed, the place was nice, they sent us detailed messages for the organisation..

The only complain I may have is that there weas no sink in the bathroom. For a short stay, it was no big problem.

Lovely, spacious, nicely decorated and well furnished

I would have preferred to be off the beach, but that was not the property’s fault. The Neighbood is excellent and it was only a twenty minute walk to the beach.

Kleine Auszeit in Katwijk

Eine schönes kleines Appartement, ideal für eine Wochenende! Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung steht eine Flasche Wein bereit. Netter Mailkontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Bedakamer zou iets van verbetering kunnen hebben maar was voor ons prima!

Chouette endroit pour deux jours

Environ 15min à pied du front de mer, Environnement calme et facilité pour se garer gratuitement Propreté de l’appartement Belle décoration, chambre et salon spacieux Merci pour la bouteille de vin de bienvenue :)

La salle d’eau (car ce n’est pas une salle de bain), bien que propre est très petite. Il s’agit d’une toilette et d’une cabine de douche avec un rideau. Pour mon mari qui est très grand, c’était limite ! Il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux, juste une brosse chauffante Pas de micro ondes, avec un bébé c’était pas évident pour chauffer les biberons. Heureusement que nous avions notre chauffe biberon ! Insonorisation moyenne, on a entendu des travaux ainsi que les bruits de vie de l’appartement du dessus. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les hôtes mais leurs explications étaient suffisantes et claires. Four non fixé au mur, attention si vous l’utilisez ! Pas de lave vaisselle Nous avons apprécié notre séjour mais c’était suffisant pour deux nuits :)

Mooie centraal gelegen locatie.

De locatie was goed centraal gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Huisje was heel proper bij aankomst. Volgens onze puberzoon een goeie wifi verbinding. Een aangenaam groot/lang bed.

Wij hadden geboekt voor 3 maar er waren enkel bedlinnen voor 2 personen voorzien. Onze zoon heeft het onderlaken van de slaapbank moeten gebruiken. Er is weinig licht. In de keuken is er 1 lamp aan het plafond maar dit is niet voldoende om de ruimte voldoende te verlichten. Het was er heel warm. In alle kamers stond de chauffage helemaal open. Tot in de slaapkamers toe. Niet aangenaam om in te slapen met heel droge lucht als gevolg. We hebben in de keukenkasten geen borden gevonden. Veel lawaai van de bewoners (eigenaars) boven ons. Ofwel stond hun televisie heel luid ofwel is het plafond heel dun. Sanitair is héél klein en compact. Geen lavabo om je te wassen. (dit moet je in de keuken doen of in de douche). Gordijnen in de slaapkamers om de ruimtes volledig te verduisteren zouden een meerwaarde zijn.
