We loved the house, it was situated in a very convenient location, spacious for group of family and friends. If one did not want to drive you could take the free Hirafu shuttle a street down to dot base or king gondola for skiing. You could also walk to Niseko Main Street for food. The house was fully equipped with a big kitchen, everything you need to cook, massive fridge, all the utensils you need. There are 5 toilets and 3 showers for the entire house, a room to store ski equipment and washing machine, there’s a room on the 1st floor that could fit more people or kids with futon beds, or just used as a play room. Garage is spacious and lots of parking space next to the house too. We loved the place and wouldn’t mind staying there again. Staff was very helpful and tried their best to fix issues we had. We thought we had a broken kettle but turned out it was a malfunctioning plug next to the stove. The staff came early next morning to replace it already. The garage door was problematic as the sensor didn’t function well, the staff came a few times to try to fix it, and changed it to manual which was slightly troublesome but at least it worked.

We recommend that they must fit proper curtains/ blinds in all bedrooms, all rooms currently have very thin white blinds and the rooms get extremely lit between 6-6:30am so it affected our sleep and recovery times a lot. We slept with blindfolds but it was just so bright to wake up to as well.

Great house, modern, clean, cool. Good location in lower Hirafu, a block away from free shuttle.
