Great location, quiet. Nice view of the ocean
Nothing really. Maybe the lack of storage to put your things. (Clothes etc..)

Cozy home with beautiful views of the ocean upstairs. Convenient location to the beach. Lovely sounds of the ocean and the brook running through the property. Well appointed with high end fixtures, plenty of games and beach equipment, and very quiet and private (hidden in the trees). Very comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. As it was cold, we didn't spend time on the wrap-around deck, but it was lovely. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
The house has three beds but not bedrooms. It was unclear from the listing. The two beds upstairs are in nooks in the living space (abut a shared bathroom). The bed downstairs has more privacy (and its own bath), but the only door is at the top of the stairs. This worked well for my family but might not be ideal for separate couples/families staying together.
