Beaver Pond Cottage-#851-10-0151STVR Manzanita, OR. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Neah-kah-nie. Just a quick block and a half walk to the beach. You will feel like you are secluded in nature but just minutes from the surf. This home is the perfect vacation family getaway.

As you walk into this 3 bedroom/2 bath home you will feel the warmth and coziness it projects. The main living level has the open kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning fireplace, cable/streaming TV, DVD, and comfy furniture.
The kitchen is set for the chef in the family. With a gas stove, well stocked spices, small appliances, etc. you will have all you need to make your favorite family meal. Gather around the corner bench seat table to enjoy a meal or play games, cards, or relax and read. It's perfect for family togetherness.
The downstairs King bedroom is connected to the full bath with a tub shower combination. It is also accessible through the hall where you will pass through the laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.
Up the stairs you will find the queen bedroom and 2nd King bedroom that has an additional Twin bed. Off of the King/Twin bedroom you can relax on the private deck that has an ocean view. Perfect place to relax and watch the surf, bird watching or reading a book in the sun.

Overall we enjoyed the house and it suited our party of 3 couples nicely. The property manager, Jordana, was very responsive when I called her about something we needed.What we liked: hot tub, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, location—vey private and close to beach access, fireplace, ample parking, out door warm water from hose, back patio was lovely, upstairs balcony was great.What we didn’t like: upon arrival there was food in refrigerator and a bit of grunge in refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards and appliances had spills and dribble on them….sort of similar to if we had borrowed our friends cottage but not as clean as we expect VRBO’s with cleaning fees. The floor had crumbs and etc in the corners and the windows were filthy with dog slobber, dust and finger prints.

This place was wonderful for my girl friend and I. It has a cozy feel and the location is great. The beach is just a short walk away and our dog loved running around it. I'm new to the area there but it's truly one of the most beautiful areas I have seen in this country. PTdog

Very comfortable and cozy house, well-appointed and with a lovely private deck (two of them, actually) overlooking a small wetland.
