Casa Dona - Essenza

Casa Dona-Essenza is a gem. Beautiful appartment very close to Piazza del Duomo. They have thought of everything you could need, including a tray of snacks, and bottles of water chilled in the refrigerator. I actually wish I could have stayed longer than three nights. Very good communication with the hosts who meet you to give you the keys. They even checked in with us during our stay. The main bathroom was quite large, and although it was too hot for us to open the windows, they all had screens on them as well as good shutters to keep the light out of the bedroom while you are sleeping. Best AC I have ever had in Italy! Also, it is very easy to find and close to places to get coffee and gelato without the higher tourist prices on Via Etnea. Much appreciated. We arrived a bit earlier than we expected on a Sunday and Federico said "No problem, let me know and we will meet you." The nicest people!

In the heart of Catania, within walking distance to all the main sightseeing, very nice design and comfortable beds and furniture. There is everything you may need for your stay!

The apartment was very spacious more than enough room for a family of four. It was very and well presented. Very secure and private entrance to the building. Close walk to all key sights around Catania. Host were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
