Good location, host was friendly and breakfast great.

An extremely well-appointed room, where every detail had been intelligently considered. Large, comfortable bed, terrific walk-in shower, and everything you need was provided. Beer, 2,50 euros a bottle; bottle of wine,10 euro’s, so…great prices! Although the rooms are wonderful and modern, you really get the sense of staying in an old-style European apartment block, and that adds substantially to the experience, especially when you sit on the roof with a drink, surrounded by the backs of other apartment blocks. This seating area is an unexpected plus for guests. Plus, the entire family, the owners, could not have been more friendly, considerate and helpful: Tino, who carried our luggage up and down the stairs (I am disabled); Paola, his wife, who provided us with an excellent breakfast and coffee; Giuseppe, who answered our many questions fully - thank you Google Translate! ; and his young son Flavio, who also fully answered questions, especially about old railways! May he always be enthusiastic about trains and football! In summary…great place, great stay, great family.
