Sehr solide Unterkunft mit prima Lage.
Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Trotzdem ist der Königsee und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Viele Ausflüge kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus starten, ohne das Auto nehmen zu müssen. Es gab zwei Bäder mit Dusche, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und es hat alles geklappt.
An den ersten zwei Tagen mussten wir uns erstmal an die Stufen und Absätze im Flur und zwischen den Zimmern gewöhnen. Aber nachdem jeder mal gestolpert und sich den Zeh gestoßen hatte, hat man sich die Stellen gemerkt. Hier und da gab es Spinnweben usw., aber dafür liegt das Haus ja auch direkt am Wald. Vielleicht würden aber Fliegengitter an den Fenstern helfen. Drei der sechs Matratzen sind weich, drei hart. Theoretisch kann dann jeder wählen, wie er es mag. Für uns hätten eher alle hart sein dürfen.

Sehr angenehme FeWo Grünstein.
Uns hat an der FeWo eigentlich alles dort gefallen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann alles leicht zu Fuß erledigen.
Leider hat die Matratze meiner Frau etwas nach altem Urin gerochen. Beide haben ihre Tage hinter sich.

Een prima accomodatie, mooi gelegen, fijn terrasje, voldoende ruimte en 2 badkamers.
Keuken was wat krap en keukenuitrusting kon wat completer.
