The apartment got 9.4 score in booking for a good reason. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a new building and everything feels new. The apartment is fully furnitured from the best of Jyks and IKEA.
Finding a parking place during office hours can be a challenge (a nearby hospital ), but in the evenings it is easy. Instructions were clear and simple. We got apt 42.
Nearby neighborhood supermarket (city market), pharmacy, bakery (Grab a Bread Bakery is a must), few eating places and 15min walk to Bulgaria mall.
Rooms:
Main hall: with access to small laundry (and boiler) machine room and another door to a toilets room
Living room: large space also contains the 4ppl dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The saloon has a 60” Toshiba Android TV (This is the only smart TV) , a 180cm sofa and 2 arm chairs.
Bedroom1: king size bed with shower room and a smoking balcony. Simple 32” TV with cable TV, cabinets and a desk + chair + baby crib.
Bedroom2: king size bed with shower room and a smoking balcony. same 32” TV as before. mirror.
Every room has the same Daikin inverter AC unit, very quiet and very efficient both for heating and cooling.
Every toilet/bathroom has a water radiator (which wasn’t activated) and soap as well as toilet paper rolls.
The boiler container is 100L . The average shower is 8 liters per minute so do your math. It has an analog thermometer+LED . you know if you have hot water. Laundry: detergents are provided next to the washing machine.
Under the kitchen sink there are general cleaning materials as well as dishwasher detergents.
The kitchen cabinet also contained salt, sugar, vinaigrette, oil , coffee (no tea). Those small things make a great difference.
The kitchen has an oven and an induction cooktop (for 2 pans).
Windows: double glazed windows , sound proof with good shadings that will 90% block of sunlight.
What to bring with you ? shampoo
The hosts were kind and responsive (whatsapp), an brought extra blanket and matress.
not much really. You have to be nit picking .
I saw the owner read previous reviews and the kitchen has 2 frying pans in the kitchen drawer. However, only one was induction compatible (and had signs of heavy wear). The 2nd pan was almost new but useless for this kitchen type. As an omlette lover I ended up buying an induction frying pan with a new non-stick coating (80лв ) .
Internet : 79Mbps symmetrical. TP Link router . It sometimes crashes ( I had to restart it every 2 days).
The apartment could benefit from a microwave and maybe a laundry drying machine.
The IKEA kitchen has back LED lights which were never connected.
Salon A/C remote had cracked LCD (but there are total 3 identical remotes in the apartment so no big deal)
We were 5 ppl, so 7h before arrival I asked the owners to keep the 2nd bedroom unlocked. Upon arrival that room was … locked. With tired kids it's a bit unpleasant. After a series of whatsapp exchanges and a few hints we found the hidden key in the apartment . It seems the cleaning person has strict instructions to lock this room no matter what.
The TV sofa in the living room: while it is a 180cm long retractable sofa it is good for sitting but less than optimal for sleeping. It has a valley in the middle, the mattress is not comfy. The center of mass is off by 30cm, so while sleeping on it , if you accidentally roll over to the edge, the sofa will flip over: you will meet the floor. While officially it can be called a bed, I asked the host for extra mattress which she provided. We put it on the carpet and it was great .

Голям, съвременен, комфортен за семейство апартамент, с удобни две спални, две бани, 3 тоалетни, напълно оборудвана кухня, мокро помещение с пералня, бърз интернет. Чудесни инструкции при пристигане, съдействаха и за късния ни check in и бяха на връзка. Чисто, с прекрасна гледка и удобна локация! Препоръчвам, ще се върнем пак!

Отличен апартамент: чистота, оборудване, домакиня - всичко беше на ниво. Помислено бе за всичко, дори кафемашината бе заредена за пристигането ни.

1. One room was closed and I needed to contact property by myself to get instructions of where to find the keys.
2. WiFi wasn’t payed and didn’t work because of that

4. Communication from the property owner was slow and poor
