Located on the 1st floor with no elevator, this bright and charming apartment offers:
a small bedroom with a trundle bed;
a fully equipped kitchen with removable stovetops;
a practical shower room;
a dining area with table and chairs;
a cozy living room with a sofa bed.
You will especially appreciate its brightness and functionality. Note: a bar is situated under the apartment’s windows.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is at your disposal: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment enjoys a prime location:
in the heart of the Montorgueil and Les Halles neighborhoods, lively areas full of restaurants;
close to the Bourse de Commerce and the Centre Pompidou.
For daily shopping, a Franprix supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away.
During your stay, you can easily explore several iconic Parisian landmarks:
the Louvre Museum, 11 minutes on foot;
Sainte-Chapelle, 18 minutes;
Palais Garnier, 21 minutes;
Place de la Concorde, 24 minutes by metro, and many more.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is historically one of the financial centers of Europe, housing the former Palais de la Bourse, now called Palais Brongniart. Other important activities in the neighborhood are journalism and fashion. The 2nd also hosts the famous Rue Sainte-Anne, known by Parisians as the hangout of Japanese restaurants and shops.
Typically Parisian shopping galleries, such as Passage Choiseul or Passage des Panoramas, add to the charm of this district.
While the activities mentioned above are all activities to do the day, the east end of the district, including the charming Rue Montorgueil, has an entirely different reputation, more dynamic and young thanks to its many cafes, restaurants and bars.

The location was great! This flat offered everything we needed for the stay and we enjoyed being able to walk to the Louvre, des Halles (with various metro and RER lines), Rue Montorgueil, and other places. The communication was a little spotty but we were able to connect a couple days before check-in and within the two days leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend! Five stars in my opinion.

Situated above a great Cafe, this apartment in Paris is the perfect base to venture out and see whatever you want. Mere minutes from The Louvre, rail stations, and a great street filled with shops and restaurants!
The apartment is cozy, surprisingly quiet despite the activity on the street outside. Communication with our hosts leading up to our trip was timed exactly as they outlined during our booking process. Once our group of four got to Paris, we had additional instructions on how to obtain the keys within minutes of contacting the host's local representative.
The only issue we ran into was running out of hot water, but that was by the fourth adult had their chance.
We'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
