If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is very nice but needs a deep cleaning

Home was clean inside- beds not the most comfortable, but it worked for our 4 day stay Nice location, although hard to get in and out of- lots of entrances & exits to the sub, so GPS required anytime you go anywhere. Code didn’t work, but management quickly replied to lead us to key box & that code worked. No grass for the dog, but large fences in yard which worked.

Property was nice and looked like the pictures. The house had everything we needed for our family of 7. The only problem was the internet. If we had more than 2 devices online (including TVs) then it would start glitching the sound. Other than that, it was perfect!

Nice location good floor plan but needs attention to maintenance including dishwasher not working - I have to note this in review since messaging access closed when I checked out
