Perfectly designed for families, groups, and gatherings, this spacious property features two beautiful homes on one lot: a large 4-bedroom front house and a charming 3-bedroom back house, both with modern finishes and cozy touches throughout.
With 11 plush beds and 4 bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space to relax. Cook together in one of the two sleek, fully equipped kitchens, or kick back in the inviting living spaces.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 7 thoughtfully furnished bedrooms with 11 beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements for groups. Four modern bathrooms, including a double vanity setup, keep mornings stress-free.
Living Spaces: Two inviting living rooms with large sectionals, modern décor, and smart TVs make for perfect group hangouts or movie nights.
Kitchens & Dining: Two sleek kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open shelving offer plenty of space for group cooking. The dining room features a long farmhouse table for shared meals.
Game Space: Indoors, the ping-pong table keeps the fun going day or night, rain or shine.
Outdoors: Expansive green backyard with shady trees, a hot tub, hanging egg chair, grill, and multiple lounge areas to unwind.
Extras: High-speed WiFi, ample parking, and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating to gather, play, and relax.
1. Rule #1: Have fun!!! We want you to have the best time ever in Austin—whether you`re here for work, play, or anything in between!
2. Minimum Stay Requirements:
Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay.
Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!
3. Smoking Policy:
No smoking of any kind inside the house.
Smoking outside is totally fine—just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.
4. No Glitter or Confetti:
It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!
5. Pets:
We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them. 🐶

The home itself has possibly been set up recently (tags were still on many decorative object) and is decorated in a cute manner and was clean. We hit some challenges because we were expecting to have enough comfortable places for children and adults to sleep. I’m very careful to read the types of beds listed (sofa beds/ futons/ full beds count as one person to me). Yet when we arrived, we were shocked to realize that a max of 8 people might be able to sleep in this house (6 by our standards) - not 12. One bedroom has a queen. The other 2 bedrooms are bunkbeds that are twin on top and full on the bottom. Perhaps we’re wrong, and they are queen on the bottom. But the majority of my party were assuring me that they looked like fulls. That was disappointing, but not a huge deal. What was highly disappointing were the strange futon beds in those two rooms. They were very firm, leather-like upholstery. They weren’t even long enough to be a twin. I was going to have my two youngest children sleep on those ‘beds,’ but that did not work out because there wasn’t enough bedding in closets to properly make the beds (and the folded sheets were wet). We communicated and were given a full refund. I’m hoping the description will be changed for others.
