Welcome to your Cedar Park retreat under the oaks—perfect for relaxing nights and group getaways just outside Austin. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, grill under the massive oak canopy, relax in the hanging egg chair, play cornhole, or gather at the oversized picnic table. The custom outdoor archway creates a unique photo-worthy backdrop. Inside features updated spaces, a game room, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and quick access to Austin, Lake Travis, restaurants, and shopping.
This spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes multiple entertainment spaces both indoors and outdoors.

Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and Smart TV for winding down after a day exploring Austin. Additional bedrooms include comfortable beds, stylish finishes, and TVs in every room so everyone has their own space to relax. The game room is equipped with a full size bed and a twin size mattress. The tenth person can sleep on our super comfortable couch!
The open-concept living area makes it easy for the entire group to stay connected whether you`re cooking, watching movies, playing games, or simply hanging out together.
Guests will have access to the whole house, back yard, and additional street parking!
*The driveway is shared with the neighbor. Please ONLY park one vehicle on the left hand side of the driveway.
In order to keep a calm, clean, and safe environment the house will be equipped with a Ring doorbell, strictly facing the EXTERIOR of the house. Also there will be a noise monitor within the home.
No smoking allowed.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Had a business trip with my colleagues and we all stayed in one location for efficiency and easy communication. The property had a great atmosphere and decent amenities. A property and would stay there again.
