• Check-in Time: 4pm CST
• Parking: Park in the driveway (fits 3 cars comfortably, or 5 with two blocked in).
• Entry: Enter through the front door using your unique smart lock code: [Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival]
• Security Note: We have exterior security cameras at each entrance for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the house.
Check-Out Instructions:
• Check-out Time: 11 am CST
• Before You Leave:
• Lock the back door
• Run the dishwasher if you used dishes for your last meal
• Please make sure all doors are locked on your way out (smart lock will auto-lock)
No Smoking or Drugs
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property. Violations may result in a $250 fee.
Pets
Dogs welcome with pre-approval (no Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, or mixes). To respect neighbors, dogs cannot be left outside or bark continuously.
No cats due to allergies.
Unauthorized pets may result in a $250 fee and possible termination of the reservation without refund.
Please wipe dirty paws before coming inside.
Registered Guests Only
Reservations are limited to the number of guests listed at booking. Unregistered guests require prior host approval and may incur additional charges.
• Fireplace: For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. We kindly ask that guests do not use or attempt to operate it.
• Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM): Please keep outdoor noise, conversations, and music respectful. Parties, events, amplified music, and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations may result in fees, reservation termination, or removal without refund.
• Outdoor Amenities: Children and infants must be supervised at all times when using the pool, fire-pit, grill and backyard areas. Proper swim attire is required.
• Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and require approval. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $100/hour fee.
• Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front door and garage/driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
