Villa Chioma is located a few km from Quercianella, along the beautiful Etruscan Coast.
The property boasts a fenced garden with private parking for 4 cars, two alfresco dining areas, and a small kitchen with barbecue and sink.
The terrace on the top floor offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and telescope, perfect for stargazing in a clear summer night.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a hot tub and a round-shaped pool (depth from 1 to 3 m), open from May to October, and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Lastly, at guests\' disposal a lovely playground area with swing, slide and basketball hoop, ideal for children\' entertainment.

Villa Chioma is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is furnished in a modern style with furniture and decorations that recall the marine world and its beauties. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. 2 baby cots and 1 high chair are available on request.
Basement floor: This level hosts a small gym with exercise bikes, treadmills and other equipment that guests can use free of charge. Following is a spacious open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, large tv, play area (with air hockey table and other video games), and a delightful corner bar (with refrigerator, microwave, wine cellar, and sink).
The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with direct access to the outside.
Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a large and bright living area with a dining table for 8 people, a double sofa bed and some French windows overlooking the garden. Than there is a bathroom with shower, and an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can directly access the pool area.
First floor: The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, all equipped with mosquito nets and ensuite bathroom (two with shower and one with bathtub). One bedroom also has a private terrace with breakfast table.
